How much is shipping?
We offer $6 flat rate shipping for all orders within the continental US. All orders over $75 ship for free!
What is your return policy?
We gladly accept items back for store credit only on all non-personalized items within 14 days of purchase. Any and all returned items must be in new condition with original tags still attached. If an item has been used, worn, or washed we cannot accept it. Please include your purchase invoice with your return. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and fees. How long does it take to receive my order?
Non-personalized gifts and apparel take about 2-3 business days to be shipped from our facility in Missouri. Monogrammed, personalized, or made-to-order items usually take up to 5 business days to be finished and shipped. Once shipped, an order can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to be delivered depending on your location and the time of year. Please contact our store team if you need an item sooner and want to be sure we can process it in time!
This item is a gift. Can you ship it discreetly?
Many of our items can be shipped without the product information on the outside of the boxes. Check each listing and make sure you mark your order as a gift in the checkout! We will skip including an invoice & instead include a note from you (if desired)!
Can I return a monogrammed or personalized item?
No, monogrammed or personalized items are not eligible for return. However, if you find that the monogrammed item you ordered is defective or damaged, please contact us. Please keep in mind that The Southern Rose and Rosebuds is not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. All orders are completed exactly as typed. We are not responsible if names / words are spelled incorrectly or the monogram order was incorrect.
