ABOUT THE FIT:
These custom tees are a unisex fit! If you want it oversized, we would recommend sizing up a size for a slouchy look! If you want it fitted, you might order true-to-size or even down a size for a smaller fit!
ABOUT OUR MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:
We place orders for blank shirts and sweatshirts ordered the week before on Monday afternoons. If you order a shirt on Tuesday, this means that it will not begin processing until our order goes in the following week on Monday afternoon. If you're concerned about a timeline of your custom made graphic t-shirt, please reach out to our storefront team for updates on current turn times.
We will use the colors in the chart as best as possible. With inventory issues, we may have to sub for a similar tee. If it is the same color (swapped for heather or non-heather), we will not contact you. Our order load is too heavy to contact on simple switches like this. If you are set on the exact color from the chart, please let us know. For example: sometimes heather orchid may not be available in your size. If the regular orchid t-shirt is available, we will swap for that instead. Please contact us PRIOR to purchase if this will be an issue for you. Custom items are not eligible for exchange.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS TAKE UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS (TUESDAY-FRIDAY IS OUR PERSONALIZATION TEAM WORK WEEK) BEFORE COMPLETION. AT THE TIME OF COMPLETION, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN E-MAIL SAYING YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE (FOR IN-STORE LOCAL PICKUP). IF WE ARE SHIPPING YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED WHEN YOUR ORDER LEAVES OUR STOREFRONT WITH AN E-MAIL INCLUDING TRACKING INFORMATION. ONCE THE ORDER LEAVES US, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER HOW LONG IT TAKES TO GET IN YOUR HANDS.
